Dust Control Agent Material Storage
DT-50
is a latex based blended carboxylated
copolymer emulsion recommended for crusting of
material to reduce loss of material storage. It is
an effective dust suppressant and soil
stabilization agent. DT 50 is an environmentally
safe water based emulsion polymer which permits
safe and convenient application and cleanup with
water.
The highly effective film forming
characteristics of DT 50 act to penetrate the
surface and form tough, water resistant crusts
over the surface of materials such as coal, soil
or sand. The highly efficient binding
characteristics of DT 50 cause small particles of
dust to adhere to one another. This increases
their mass sufficiently to reduce the tendency to
become airborne and cause dust pollution problems.
DT 50 contains additional penetrating agents to
give a more stable crust. |
