Z-110 |
|
Z-110
is a natural product from trees made up primarily of
Lignin, the natural polymer that binds the trees fibers
together. Z-110 is applied every year for roadways and
commercial yards to control dust, stabilize and improve
the quality of the road surface. It is biodegradable and
non-toxic to plants, animals or humans and is even used in
animal feed as the primary binder. Its natural binding
qualities minimize any product leaching in the soils. Z-110 is non-corrosive and will not
attack metals or promote rusting beyond the rate of
water.Z-110 is applied as a liquid and dries to a hard
durable surface that controls dust, and increases load
bearing capacity. Studies have found that
“lignosulfonates out performed all other products in
terms of aggregate retention.” This results in lower
grading and gravel replacement cost. Z-110 provides you
with an opportunity to reduce your salt use when applying
dust control by using an organic, safe, non chloride
alternative.

similar to the base lignin in Z-110, but adds calcium
chloride designed to hold moisture in the road to prevent
dust formation. Z-115 is an effective dust control

by air borne dust. Z-115 can be used on roadways,
parking lots, and construction sites to stabilize and
improve the quality of the road surface. Z-115 is a
very effective product, which can control dust and is
