For high-rank coals
that float easily, Shur-Coal™ 173 flotation reagent
is normally added at a dosage rate of 0.10 to 0.50
lbs./ton (0.05 to 0.25 kg/t). Shur-Coal™
173 flotation reagent may be applied to the head of
the flotation circuit or via stage addition. It can
be added with hydrocarbon oils, such as fuel oil or
kerosene, or added by itself for coals that are easy
to float. |
