Tek Ni Trol Ô Series
Tek Ni TrolÔ Series
products are a blend of materials selected to
prevent scale and corrosion. The Tek Ni TrolÔ
Series contain precipitating, sequestering and
crystal habit modifying agents to prevent scale
and deposits. Tek Ni TrolÔ
Series can be used with a polymeric dispersant.
The polymeric dispersant and Tek Ni TrolÔ
Series function synergistically. They distort
crystal growth and reduce particle size. By
altering the surface charge of the suspended
particles, the attraction between the boiler tube
wall and the particle is significantly reduced.
The net result is a suspension of solids that can
be readily handled by blowdown. |

Proper treatment levels for Tek Ni
TrolÔ Series depend on many factors particular to
the individual installation. The actual dosage for
your system and conditions will be determined by
your Zinkan Enterprises, Inc field representative. |
Tek Ni TrolÔ Series should be mixed
with softened makeup, condensate or feedwater to
make a chemical feed solution of any convenient
strength. Tek Ni TrolÔ Series should be fed directly
to the boiler or to feedwater line. |

Many chemicals in concentrated form
may cause skin and eye irritation on prolonged
contact. Do not inhale vapor. Use with adequate
ventilation, wear rubber gloves and splashproof
chemical goggles when handling. In case of contact
with skin, wash immediately with plenty of soap and
water. If there is contact with eyes, flush promptly
and thoroughly with water for fifteen minutes. In
case of ingestion or contact with eyes, immediately
contact a physician. Store in cool dry place. Keep
tightly closed when not in use. |
Tek Ni TrolÔ Series are shipped in 55
gallon, 30 gallon and 5 gallon non-returnable
